01 / Context

The situation

Tekto Knives was getting strong paid traffic, but product pages didn't make it easy to compare models, there was no abandoned-cart recovery, and slow mobile loads were wasting the ad spend that brought people in.

02 / Role

My responsibilities

  1. 01Redesigned the product page structure around model comparison
  2. 02Built blade-guide content blocks for buyers researching steel and blade types
  3. 03Set up a three-step email and SMS abandoned-cart sequence
  4. 04Ran a mobile speed sprint on the storefront

03 / Build

Technical work completed

  1. 01Custom Shopify sections for a product comparison table driven by metafields
  2. 02Reusable blade-guide blocks editable from the theme editor
  3. 03Klaviyo cart-recovery flow across email and SMS
  4. 04Image optimization, script cleanup and app review to bring mobile loads under three seconds

04 / Status

Result and current status

Product pages now answer comparison questions up front, abandoned carts get an automatic follow-up, and the mobile storefront loads in under three seconds. Tekto Knives is also a monthly retainer client, with ongoing theme and store work handled as it comes up.
