Can you fix a checkout that is losing orders?

I can investigate it. Failed orders usually come down to a payment gateway setting, a plugin conflict or a JavaScript error, and all three are traceable.

Do you work with subscriptions?

Yes, I have worked with WooCommerce Subscriptions and with Recharge on the Shopify side.

Should I be on WooCommerce or Shopify?

It depends on your catalog, your team and how much custom logic you need. I work in both, so I have no reason to push you toward one.
