Do you work with businesses outside Buffalo?
Yes. Being in Western New York is convenient for local clients, but most of my work is remote. I work with businesses across the United States and Canada, and have worked with clients in Europe.
Can you take over an existing Shopify or WordPress website?
That is the majority of what I do. I start by reviewing the theme or the WordPress install, tell you what condition it is in, and then work within it rather than pushing for a rebuild you may not need.
Do you provide ongoing website support?
Yes. Some clients have worked with me for years on a rolling basis: updates, fixes, new sections and occasional larger projects. Others send work only when something comes up.
Can you improve a slow ecommerce website?
Usually, yes. Slow stores tend to be slow for identifiable reasons — heavy scripts, page-builder overhead, unoptimized images, app buildup. I measure first, fix the real causes, and measure again. I do not promise a specific score.
Do you work directly with business owners and internal teams?
Both. Some clients are owners who want plain answers, others are marketing or IT teams who want to talk specifics. Either way you are talking to the developer doing the work.
Can you collaborate with a company’s designer or marketing agency?
Yes, regularly. I implement designs and campaign work from agencies and in-house designers, and I am comfortable being the development side of an existing team.
